Our world is changing faster than we have ever experienced it in our lifetime. Uncertainty is afoot, making us humans even more anxious and grounded in everyday interactions. Not to mention the wars and the raising of AI – a technological innovation that not everyone has is able to compete with and finding themselves often irrelevant in the job market. It is a LOT, let’s acknowledge that. We seek solid ground under our feet and we tend to look for it in our own bubbles, that at least feels safe and holding us gracefully. Opposing views and along with that othering have become a new norm and we connect less and less with those we fear we might get into a conflicting conversation.

Yet, when we sit down in circle and open up for deep conversations, we feel a connection even with those that might represent a different opinion.
We suddenly listen with more empathy than before. The conversation slows down, our nervous system regulates and vulnerable sharings can become possible.
It is MAGICAL.

I have a strong belief that the World needs more circles, more connection and more listening in order to find our ways collectively.

This course is inviting you to study the Circle Way as a way of showing up in the world with intention, rooted in our seat as we are holding space for those who respond to our invitation for deep conversation and meaningful exchange.

You will learn through active practice and enquiry how to embrace the flow of participatory leadership in a group.
The course is deeply personal even though we are in a group learning container: you will reflect on your own presence in a group, your limiting beliefs and your relationship with ‘tension’ and ‘harmony’ so that you can facilitate moving the collective conversation forward for all.
